1. About this policy
This policy explains what information TransBridge Advisors ("TransBridge," "we," "us") collects when you visit our websites, subscribe to our newsletters, request a consultation, or otherwise engage with our marketing channels — and how we use, share, and protect that information.

This policy applies to:

It does not cover information governed by a separate engagement letter, master services agreement, or non-disclosure agreement between you and TransBridge. Those documents control where there is any conflict.

When you use our websites or open our emails, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

IP addresses.
We do not track IP addresses as part of general website analytics. Where collected, IP addresses are retained only for as long as needed for those purposes.
